Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Secured SCF and Secured TL products to enterprises with a significant number of distributors. Your expertise in serving clients with extensive distribution networks will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring a seamless and secure lending experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the distribution sector (FMCG/FMCD/Paints/Wires/Batteries/Tyres, etc), with experience serving enterprises with a large number of distributors.
- Strong understanding of supply chain finance or working capital solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution:
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our Secured SCF and Secured TL products to potential clients.
- Understand the specific requirements of clients with extensive distributor networks and tailor the product offerings to meet their needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions, and effectively close sales deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
- Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, especially those with a significant number of distributors.
- Provide ongoing support and timely assistance to address client queries and concerns, with a particular focus on security-related matters.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the secured SCF and TL space.
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge and stay informed about supply chain finance concepts and practices.
