We are a fintech company working on India’s first data-driven supply chain financing platform. We are
the only 2nd fintech company in India to be funded by IFC, equity arm of World Bank.
We are solving a huge problem of inefficient and costly access to credit for millions of Indian
distributors and retailers using data driven and new-age credit models. We are disrupting the supply
chain lending landscape in India by digitizing the end-to-end processes, quicker decision making by
using technology, apply machine learning to improve the credit models, artificial intelligence to
improve customer experience and make super cool front-end interfaces on both mobile and web to
make lending a smooth experience.
Product that we are building is a complex mix of web applications, front-end interfaces for web, native
mobile apps, analytics platform based on big data, machine learning. It is a deep aggregation platform
that connects manufacturers, banking institutions, third party services and Mintifi core systems.
Position Overview:
As an HR Executive at our Mintifi, you will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of
human resources operations. You will be responsible for executing HR strategies, policies, and
procedures to support the organization’s goals and objectives. Your role involves recruitment,
onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and other HR
functions.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals,
    etc.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the selection
    process.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the
    organization.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and
    procedures.
  • Address employee grievances and conduct investigations as necessary, maintaining
    confidentiality and fairness.
  • Promote a positive work culture and resolve conflicts to foster a harmonious work
    environment.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and
    employees.
  • Monitor and track performance evaluations, ensuring timely completion and
    documentation.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs to enhance employee performance
    and career growth.
  1. HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves,
    and other relevant data.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and analyze key metrics to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  1. HR Projects and Initiatives:
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes, systems, and
    practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best
    practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to recommend improvements
    and innovations.
    Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s
    degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the financial services
    sector.
  • Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
