Background: 

Founded in 2018, The Client is a comprehensive digital Financial Ecosystem with an aim to make financing easier for the underserved. The founders- all veteran bankers, realised the need for an accessible and easy financing system for electric vehicle loans, agri-equipment loans, livestock financing, consumer durable loans in the semiurban and rural markets across developing economies. The Client is one such initiative has made  getting housing loans as easy as taking a walk in the park. The idea behind this initiative is to make the entire loan process and timeline easier and shorter for the customer, thus reinventing the whole outlook on housing loans.

The Challenge: 

One of the biggest challenges of this project was that the client was spread across multiple outlets in various rural and semi urban locations in Odhisa and we were entrusted with the responsibility of full talent life cycle RPO.

Solution :

RiK’s Expert Team ensured that there is sufficient manpower at each hub to manage end to end direction to the team for developing the O&M strategy, execution and monitoring across geographies. Providing meaningful direction and necessary support to the team for developing strategy, and operations in planning, execution and monitoring of O&M. Coordinating of all post-installation operations and maintenance for the agri-equipment supplied at the intervention sites across different geographic locations. Monitoring the performance of the vendors selected for the work regularly and providing constructive feedback accordingly. Assisting the vendor/organization to develop good practices to resolve the solar system/ equipment issues without delay. Maintaining a database and tracking the O&M for all health centres and Tracking and measuring productivity of the program and comparing to the benchmarks. Assisting the central team and the geography in compiling and documenting the operation and maintenance progress to be shared with various stakeholders. Effectively tracking, analysing and evaluating the performance of the team and sharing reports on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis, by capturing key risks, learnings and challenges. Updating the team’s progress to the core team and supporting all documentation required for reporting to funders and stakeholders. Ensuring organizational, operational and assessment processes and guidelines are adhered to and escalating in cases where required.
