Background: 

The client is a leading department of Govt. of India and pioneered in providing skill based knowledge to rural and rurban youths across the country. The Program implementing agencies (associates) of the client are delivering skill training to introduce newer and smarter technologies, making both retail and enterprise workforce future-ready with innovative learning procedures, conveniently accessible through an ecosystem of digital channels as well as extensive on-ground presence.

The Challenge: 

One of the biggest challenges of this project was that associates of the client were spread across multiple SDCs in various locations, ensuring HR hygiene and securing the required skilled manpower difficult.

Solution: 

RiK’s pan India presence ensured that there is sufficient manpower at each hub to screen and assess the compatibility of required skillset, thus ensuring that no SDC is unmanned. Also, we used our tech platform, In edge for attendance with latitude and longitude details, and employee self-service HRIS.

Outcome: 

Our extensive experience and expert resources ensured seamless assessment of skill based knowledge to 6800 candidates on pan India basis
