  • RPO in staffing We function as an extension of your company’s hiring process, handling processes such as attracting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. We also conduct worker exit interviews. Our effective RPO staffing solutions can help your company save money, fill positions quickly, maintain an engaged workforce, and decrease turnover. Enterprise Full Talent Lifecycle RPO: 

RIK will hire for all skill sets, business units, and locations. We replace internal recruitment resources, providing candidates and hiring managers with a seamless experience from start to finish. Our staff can work onsite, virtually, at a recruitment centre, or a combination of these options. Employers also have the flexibility to transfer their staff to our Company, if needed. This model includes fully configured talent technology and detailed reporting with benchmarking capabilities. It has a structured implementation and launch process, typically taking 8 to 12 weeks.
  

Hybrid-Select Process/Staff Augmentation RPO: 

RIK Augment the internal employer recruitment resources for specific open jobs, specific business units, or specific locations, and/or for specific recruitment processes. The RPO delivery staff is virtual and/or at the provider recruitment centre. RIK Business typically configures or optimizes the client’s technology  (ATS/CRM), measurements, and reporting. A structured implantation launch takes 4 to 8 weeks. 


On-Demand/Project RPO: 

 This particular type of engagement is commonly tailored to a specific number of job vacancies, a designated physical location, and a predetermined period of time. The delivery team can be either virtual staff or personnel operating from a recruitment centre established by the service provider. At RIK Business, we leverage our clients’ talent acquisition technology to offer comprehensive measurements and reports, while also providing the flexibility to activate or deactivate solutions as needed. This engagement is sometimes employed as a pilot program and is initiated through a less formal “Quick Start” phase, which typically spans a duration of two weeks. Rest assured, our expertise and experience allow us to confidently deliver exceptional results. 

Contingent RPO Model: 

 This is a relatively newer RPO engagement type driven by the expanding gig economy. Under this model, RIK Business provide direct sourcing for Temp and contract labour hires. It can be offered with a permanent placement RPO solution or independently.  R
